Early 2022 in Palm Springs seemed the perfect place to honor the recently passed great colorful and bubbly character of Betty White. Rendered in bold colors, this piece was designed to have her irresistible personality shine through from the street.
The amount of love and appreciation that festival goers shared was an incredible treat. Betty really touched so many people in deep ways. The process of making this piece was infused with many a heartfelt reminiscing conversation.
The third place award from the Palm Springs Art Museum judging panel was just icing on the cake.
