This is the first thing that boaters see, as they pull of the Tennessee River and into the refreshing haven that is the Cherokee Marina.
During my painting stay out at the Marina, I was most striken by the friendly turtles that would hang out wanting to be fed near the dock restaurant. They certainly earned their central location on th side, flanked by elements of the Marina’s pre-existing logo, and nods to the whole areas Cherokee heritage.
